[msexchange] adc problems

Hi to everyone,
I have problems with my Exchange 5.5 .
I was adding one user and made e-mail for him.
When he sent mail to anyone that is ok.
But when anyone send mail to him from other Exchange server in our company
(we have 3 Severs on different location) they received mail back because
system cannot reach that address. 
Can anyone help me with that?
