[msexchange] SMTP/IMAP

1 Exchange 5.5 server.  Client wants IMAP/POP3 from the internet... but as
we all know, enabling IMAP/POP3 sets up SMTP relay.    Is there a way to
force the client to authenticate when sending SMTP mail?
