[msexchange] Restore Questions

Hi Everyone:
 
I'm using Veritas Backup exec.
 
Exchange 5.0
 
 
When trying to restore a users mailbox that has been deleted I am
getting errors, sayin Access Denied, while trying to restore?
 
I've never had this trouble before??
 
Any suggestions??
