[msexchange] Re: Resource Reservation

another thing you can do is create a dl with all those
conference rooms in it.  Tell them to put the dl in a
meeting request and then click the plus sign next to
it.  Assuming outlook 2k it expands all the rooms. 
They can then see the free/busy times at least of all
of them in a snap.  Also if they hold their curser
over the taken time a short description would pop up.

Just some thoughts.  But your right.  Gotta love
users.
