[msexchange] Problem on my exchange server

Good morning,

2 days in a row now the Internet Mail Service for Exchange (5.5, sp3) on my
server has crashed, generating the following Event (ID 4037) - 

An exception has occurred which was handled internally by the Internet Mail
Service.  This may have resulted in a message not being delivered. Code:
0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000 Address: 0x0043550a 

Inter-office email still functions, but no one can receive or send mail
outside the office.  

Anyone know what's causing this?  Thanks.
