Rich:
Thanks very much. Your suggestion was right on the money. Antivirus settings
on the Exhange Server were set to MAPI/VAPI. I did a quick change to MAPI
and everything worked great.
Thanks alot,
-Mike

Mike,
I had a similar problem and it ended up being my antivirus settings
on my exchange server. Just a thought....

Subject: [msexchange] Outlook question
Exchange Server 5.5 sp4 / WINNT4 Server sp6 / Outlook 2000
I have some users trying to export email to a .pst file. Some work fine, but
others are interrupted with this message.
Some items could not be copied. They were either
moved or deleted, or access was denied.
I have looked around and I can't find anything wrong.
Can anyone please give me a hand with this issue?
TIA
Mike
