[msexchange] Mutliple smtp addresses

I have several users that work for 2 or 3 company names.  They have an email
address for each company.  They will be connecting to exchange via pop3
using Outlook 2000, Outlook 97 or Outlook Express clients.  They have to be
able to choose which email address each email goes out as. How can I do this
as easily as possible?
