If you're requesting info on 5.5 - here's how.
From Exchange Admin, you can go to the server name, click into private
information store, into "Mailbox Resources."
From here - go to view columns and choose what you want to see (it will tell
you size and whether the users are below limits, issued warnings or over
their limit - AND it can tell you what their current size is - but I don't
know a way to show what their limits actually are). Then click OK to
display these settings.
Click once somewhere in the right hand side of your screen - then go to
File, Save Windows Contents, name it and save it. Then you can open it and
extract it as a CSV from Excel.
You'll have to do this for each server separately as this is only looking at
the individual info store, not the GAL.
