Then this tells me this is a client issue or PC issue. At this point I would go with the basics give him a new profile. If he is using a pst give him a new pst file also. -----Original Message----- From: Jeff Stockard [mailto:JStockard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, August 01, 2003 9:54 AM To: msexchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [msexchange] Re: Mail delivery delay for 1 user He receives it find from another PC. -----Original Message----- From: Hatch, Richard [mailto:rhatch@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Friday, August 01, 2003 9:46 AM To: msexchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [msexchange] Re: Mail delivery delay for 1 user If you log into this persons mailbox from another computer does the same problem exist? -----Original Message----- From: Jeff Stockard [mailto:JStockard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Friday, August 01, 2003 9:44 AM To: msexchange@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [msexchange] Mail delivery delay for 1 user I have one user who is not getting e-mail until about 20 minutes after it is sent. If I send an e-mail to him and the person who sits next to him, she will get hers, but he does not receive it for 20 minutes. This is happening internally. He almost never has e-mail sent to him from outside our company, so I don't know if that is also a problem. We are using Exchange 2000 over a Wide Area Network. Both he and the person who sits next to him are using XP Pro. All users have Office XP and are using Outlook. Both users have the same permissions on the network.
