[msexchange] Re: Lost e-mail

Glenn:

This is probably to do with your dns settings. What is the error message
that you get in the bounced messages? Check the MX record on your dns server
or the dns server of your isp. It should point to your exchange server's ip.

# We just setup a new exchange 5.5 system here in our company.
# It's running
# windows 2000 with latest SP. Also the exchange has the latest
# service pak
# and security paks. Currently our users are complaining that
# they are not
# getting all of their e-mails. And some e-mail bounce back
# when they send it.
# Can anyone help us out?
