[msexchange] Lost e-mail

We just setup a new exchange 5.5 system here in our company. It's running
windows 2000 with latest SP. Also the exchange has the latest service pak
and security paks. Currently our users are complaining that they are not
getting all of their e-mails. And some e-mail bounce back when they send it.
Can anyone help us out?
