[msexchange] Exchange Directory Updates...

I'm looking for a way to have receptionists go through and update the
information of contacts in our exchange directory (currently exchange 5.5).
In particular I'd like them to populate fields like phone number, address,
etc.  Is there an easy way to get this accomplished?  What does everyone
else do?  I'd hate to make IS responsible for maintaining this information.

In addition to that, I'd like to suck the information out into a printable
format suitable for hanging in cubes for phone number lists and such.  Do I
ask too much?
