[msexchange] Exchange 5.5 -- Windows 2000 Advanced Server

        Does anyone know of any issues with installing Exchange 5.5 onto a
windows 2000 advanced server machine with sp2.  I tried installing exchange
and received various errors messages regarding not being able to contact the
system attended.  I'm adding another exchange server to an existing site.
The older server is on  ant 4.0 box and is Exchange 5.5 sp4.  Thanks.
