We've been running W2K for about 9 months now with no
ADC to our Exchange 5.5 server.
We did not require any import from our Exchange
environment in the migration and prefer to keep email
and user accounts seperate for now.
So you cna definitely hold off assuming you don't need
integrated account administration etc.
