Hi everyone,
Many thanks to all those parents who came to the meeting this morning.
As promised, please find attached a copy of both the presentation and the
draft fund raising plan.
For those who didn¹t manage to attend please can you read the attached and
if you have any questions please let me know asap.
Next steps - tour:
In order to be able to progress the tour planning and fund raising we really
need to firm up on numbers of the players and additional parent/s and
sibling/s joining the proposed tour to South Africa in July 2018.
Please can you aim to respond to me by Feb 10th?
We do have options of dates in both July and August (as per the
presentation) - so please can you state your ideal preference?
As per the presentation the next step is the deposit payment by end March of
£250pp.
Next steps fund raising:
Please view the attached draft plan and advise how you can help in any of
the activities. Please all start looking for raffle and auction
opportunities!
