[mountainmilers] Website updated

Just wanted to pass along that I updated the MM website
(_www.mountainmilers.com_ (http://www.mountainmilers.com) ) with race results
from last
weekend.
I also have updated the Prescott Fire Dept site although not yet
completed. I still need to get the Active.com registration
updated...(_www.prescottbasin10k.com_ (http://www.prescottbasin10k.com) ).
Within the next 2-3 days I will be publishing another article on our
website "Universal Running Truths" as I see them (tips from Rob and me to help
make you faster).
