Too early and too cold...17 degrees outside. From: achtellik@xxxxxxxxxxx To: cactusjon@xxxxxxx Subject: RE: [mountainmilers] Re: Sunday run? Date: Sat, 10 Nov 2012 10:15:35 -0500 I like the idea of a 10 K either whiskey row or the fire station. How about we meet at 7 am at the fire station and decide ? margaret From: cactusjon@xxxxxxx To: mountainmilers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mountainmilers] Re: Sunday run? Date: Fri, 9 Nov 2012 21:54:01 -0700 I see the illness has progressed! Run around Granite Mountain? Even though I cannot achieve either quantity or quality in my running, I have a better chance of achieving quality (especially if I keep the mileage low). I like Dina's idea of running a 10k in town, but the twists and turns and uphill dirt section of the fire station run has me wanting to run the Whiskey Row 10K instead. Looks like we have red and blue factions forming in the Mountain Milers! From: ramzisfurniture1@xxxxxxx To: cactusjon@xxxxxxx; mountainmilers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mountainmilers] Re: Sunday run? Date: Fri, 9 Nov 2012 17:11:48 +0000 How about the 10K course in Prescott? The fire station run. We can dress in layers. Dina From: cactusjon@xxxxxxx To: mountainmilers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mountainmilers] Sunday run? Date: Fri, 9 Nov 2012 08:47:09 -0700 I made 4 mistakes already this morning: 1. Getting out of my warm waterbed 2. Getting out of a hot shower 3. Getting out of a warm house 4. Getting out of a warm car It's too early to commit to a Sunday morning run based upon two factors. What will the weather be like? Will I be recovered from last Sunday's debacle at Skull Valley? If anybody schedules a short run on Sunday, I'll probably attend. BTW, we don't know what winter really is here in Prescott! CJ
