Hi guys and gals,
I can't wait to hear how the BBBS turnout was! Results?
I'm sad to be missing all the fun runs going on, but will be back for the long
run Heidi is organizing. I ran in the Freeport, ME half marathon yesterday.
The weather was overcast & humid. The run was hilly and beautiful. I ran
with a couple of my sisters to mark our halfway point for the NH full marathon
coming up in October - their first! I ran a 1:53.57 and beat my goal of under
2 hours. Sore today.
Can't wait to see you all again for a run! Back Aug. 24...
