[mountainmilers] Alterations for formal/ballroom gown?

Can any of you give me a good recommendation for someone in the Prescott area 
to shorten/hem a nice formal gown for me?  (It's a gathered / flared skirt 
style, so may be non-trivial.)  I would need it complete before Dec 19th.
