yes, stop by for some beer for sure!
madison is very close (in mid-west standards) to chicago and milwaukee, so
i would definitely recommend a madison stopover, for chicago or milwaukee
visitors.
there is definitely a constant breeze around here, but i haven't seen
anyone windsurf yet. there are definitely some sailing yachts around
though. and you can rent canoes.
