[moneytalks] self-voicing feature skips field names

Hi:

Here are some steps that, for me, reproduce this problem.

Follow these steps:

1.  Open a register with lots of items in it.  Actually, I don't know if 
it has to have lots, but mine does:  hundreds.

2.  My register is packed with .qif entries that have some long and 
fairly strange text in them.  Again, maybe this is irrelevant, but I 
haven't seen people complaining about this problem, so perhaps I need to 
tell you everything.

For example, I've got a pay name of
"#00037 SB Patelco Credit Union".  On the braille, the "co Credit Union" 
does not display.  It looks as if perhaps the entry is truncated, but 
the 
speech says the whole thing, anyway.  Often though, it may not say "Pay 
name".

3.  Most of the Items, next column, are blank.  Often, "blank item" is 
not verbalized.

4.  Same as 3 but related to categories.
