From there you read the rules for the beta and choosed the I accept" button if you want to participate in the MT beta.
That then takes you to the latest documentation and link to download the current beta.

I'll bet I got confused. I am on both the MoneyTalks and the Studiorecorder
beta test lists. I just assumed that it was SR rather than MT that was updated.
Regardless, I found no new beta available for either product. I am using the
registered version of MT. Might this be the problem?
