Maybe I am just picky, but there are two things about the self-voicing feature I would like to see behave differently. First, when a dialog is opened, I would rather hear the dialog name and the name of the field in focus. Currently, the entire dialog is read. Below is an example of what is spoken, when the New Transaction dialog is opened. New Transaction Transaction type Debit Credit Payee: Amount: Date: 12 30 04 Item: Memo: Category: Subcategory: OK Cancel Payee: Without the context of such things as radio buttons, edit combo boxes, and button names, this information is overwhelming and makes little sense. Additionally, one has to stop the speech every time the dialog is opened. Second, when the Say Transaction command is activated, Money Talks announces the date as 12 divided by 30 divided by 4. Any other time Money Talks reads a date, it simply reads the numbers. Suzanne
