Steve,I can see some possible uses for a Memo field or a Notes field for a transaction. What I have suggested, add a Notes link to the View menu, would be more general and good for making notes on the account itself.
Back in the good old days of paper bills and pay by mail, I had been using a list to track what was due and what was not yet paid. It worked too. I had realized one bill never showed up and it was due within the week. I went thru the stacks of paper that were piled up everywhere and found it. Whew!
