[moneytalks] Re: Printing checks

Greetings Larry and the rest of the list,

John does raise some interesting questions about check printing.

1. Are we assuming preprinted checks or create our own?

2. If preprinted checks are selected, the best bet would be to use one
of the standards that are in use to simplify ordering.

3. I currently am using 3 checks to a page for my Business and one check
on my personal account. I am able to deal with whatever you decide on that
one.

4. The idea of scanned signatures is a good one.

Bob

Hi John.

We're just now getting started with the check printing features, so
we're glad you're here to help guide us along.

We were considering the pros and cons of each check type, but we're
leaning towards one check per page type printing.

As for scanning the signature, we hadn't thought of that, but it is a
great idea. Let's do it!

Should the check printing be not available. I haven't found much
about
printing checks in the manual. Can anyone tell me if we will have the
option of
using 1 check per sheet or three checks per sheet. Can we input the
check account number and routing number information to print on the
checks as well

as check numbers. Finally, will it be possible to scan and print the
signature. Thanks for any info.

John
