Easier is never a justification for inaccuracy..  I can understand just not 
knowing but I can not understand intentionally giving wrong information.

Hi,
I knew that, but it was just easier to say "three weeks" since that will be
the case four out of seven times. Also, as far as Microsoft is concerned,
the patch, as far as I know, is only available for supported operating
systems. I, for one, still use Windows 98 SE on several of my systems, and
Microsoft has dropped support for that OS, so as far as I know, no update is
available. This is stated on the web page.
