I wait and then get
Setup
Setup has detected that Money Talks is currently running.graphic 683 
Please 
close all instances of it now, then click OK to continue, or Cancel to
exit.
OK Cancel
At this point, MoneyTalks is not showing with ALT+TAB, so there isn't a
way 
to close it.

Now I pick OK
and get the same message.  Pick cancel, and program closes.

Now, things are wierd.  I can't run MoneyTalks, and it's not in the
task 
manager.
