[moneytalks] Item column

A question from the new guy.  I realize that check numbers go in the item 
column.  However, how about such things as checkcard transactions 
etc.?  The only thing that shows up in the item column is check numbers 
which do increment as they should.  So, what do I do with things like 
checkcard transactions which do not have check numnbers.  Thanks.
