[moinfinitecampus] Elementary Standards based grade cards

We are redoing our grading standards at the elementary schools.  I would really 
appreciate it if some people could send me  some example of their standard 
based grade cards.  You will have to send them to me personally and not via the 
group because attachments will get held up.
