Very ingenious! I'd never have thought of doing it that way. It's amazing
what you can do with thin copper sheet. Rest assured that your e-mail will
be safely filed for future reference, and I now realise it's not as
difficult as I thought!
I'm always interested in seeing pictures, my e-mail address should be in the
"properties" accompanying this message.
Good luck with getting the right size screws, as you say they are important
to get right for a job like this.
