[modeleng] Re: steel boilers & Cu flues

Hello Patrick by all means make a steel boiler I wouldn't have anything 
else,. at the moment I am building engine No.9 with a steel boiler & I have 
the next 3 boilers already built. You do not need to silver solder the 
copper tubes in ,just expand them they never leak.As for the longevity of a 
steel boiler I knew a chap who ran an engine for 30 years then sawed the 
boiler in half & found it would have lasted another 30 years.
