[modeleng] Re: second-hand rail

It is the Lucas model engineering society in Perry Barr. An out and back 
track of around150 yds, (double track), with a turntable at each end, fun to 
run on. It was the last part of Lucas' to still be going in Birmingham, the 
firm closed years ago. There are only half dozen regular members who are all 
quite aged and don't want to start from scratch again even if they could 
find another, more secure site.
