Ryton or Supec PPS, or Ultem PUI, will work with saturated (not superheated)
steam up to about 250 F at 30 psi. These are very expensive resins (over $14
USD per kg for raw moulding pellets) and may or may not be available in
ready made tube form. Depending on surface area exposed to pressure you may
need glass reinforced resin.
McMaster Carr (www.mcmaster.com) in USA or Boedeker Plastics in Texas may
have some ready made tube in stock. Be prepared for a price shock.
For sealing these resins, if you need o-rings, you will need red hi temp
silicone, Kalrez, or Aflas o-rings for steam service. These are also more
expensive than nitrile o-rings, especially the Kalrez.
I'd try and use metal tube meself.
Good luck, Jeff Dayman Waterloo Ontario Canada
