Tim,

I meant as a matter of fact (I am no legal expert).
The point is, that, if you make a picture of YOUR engine, then put it on 
one of these sites, and then decide to use the same photo
for, say, your own website, you'd be in trouble.
I mentioned this thing, after a story of a woman, who's picture was used 
for commercial purposes, after putting some photos on one of these
sites, and who had a hell of time, making the company stop using her 
family snapshots in a commercial advertisement campaign.

Surely it wouldn't be right, that you would have no say anymore about 
your own photos, of your own work, if it was used
for the commercial gain of others, without any recompense?
