[modeleng] Re: photos on Flickr & the like

Are you asserting that copyright is lost as a matter of fact or a matter of law?
 
If a matter of law what is the legal basis?
 
If a matter of fact how much do you think a low res photo of a model which is 
exhibited (and thus capable of being photographed by third parties and where 
the photographer rather than the model maker will own the copyright) will be 
worth?
