[modeleng] Re: freebies

What is the insurance situation when the engineers/drivers are paid (even 
nominally) and the passengers must pay to ride?  Seems that would be 
different from voluntary engineers/drivers hauling passengers who may or may 
not have made a donation to the cause.  Charles
