Clif,

Does that mean you have to time your passage through the points as the 
blades swing back and forth? Sounds like a railway version of "Raiders of 
the Lost Ark" <VBG>

Hi,

If you use a Wiper motor you have to strip it down so that you just finish
up with the motor.
The reciprocation mechanisim is only good enough the work wiper blades or in
my case as point motors.
