Yes. I felt it was worth 50pence!

The only book I have that mentions Neilson Reid is Lowe, and he lists a few 
model numbers, but stops before that one (6464).
From those he does mention, I would guess a date of late 1890's, but it 
would be interesting to find out, and to know who it was built for.
