I have made a few model stationary engines, but my main interest is tools, 
to make other tools.
My big project over the past few years has been to make a little lathe (2" 
centre height) out of large lumps off cast iron.   My main product has been 
swarf!    The lathe is now useable as a plain lathe.    Screwcutting to 
follow.   Work-in-progress is at a standstill, due to a close encounter of 
my left hand and a circular saw.     I hope to resume workshop playing in 
about a month's time.
