As I understand it the traction engine is an exact copy and built to the
drawings of LSM with their blessing, it should therfore work!

At Donington they exhibited their traction engine, and according to
Modelworks themselves, "they are building the first one, which they expect
to have running by June 05".

They are also promoting the car which, once again, they have never built.
True, it is based upon a model that someone else has built, but that is
entirely different from them having built and tested one.

This is not true - they did build prototypes - I saw many of them myself .
What they didn't do was test them adequately.

This is not true, again I have seen several Modelworks prototypes.

I seem to say this every time the Winson issue raises it's ugly head :- "
There is no need to exaggerate the awfulnessof the stuff they made, the
facts of the matter were bad enough".
