[modeleng] Windows

I noticed in our local arts and crafts shop (run by Heffers in Cambridge) 
that they have glass discs of various diameters.

Although I haven't tried using the discs, I kept it in mind as where I 
would try for window glass for something like a 7.25" gauge engine - ie by 
two discs and a bunch of spares.
