What I suggested TEL tell the Ozonian gumment was that they pay to have me
load the magical rain maker trailer into a C-5 cargo plane and take the
mighty Dodge,  and at least one of my steam locomotives with it.  (You do
use 7-1/2" gauge down there don't you????) That way I could drive around
sight seeing in your fair land and bring welcome rain wherever I went. It
would be incidental of course that the places that needed the most rain
would be wherever a nice club track was located!
