I have been trying to find a couple of hours to rebuild my Sweet Peas drain
cock linkage. I know the weather is crap so we can't go out bu err indoors
has found me soooooo much to do, I think I need a week off work just to do
the chores!!
If any of you are interested, the Severn Valleys Sept Gala is looking good,
where else can you see a Dukedog, City of Truro, 2 manors, large and small
praries, a diminutive 813 amd finally some GWR bucket called a King!! Oh
Yeah, Spare engine is a proper design, the Stanier Mogul, probably pull that
King backwards...... That is unless the SVR fitters have sorted the valves
out!!
Dave.
