At least the FF miles building up again! But unfortunately, I got a very 
ehavy cold, which is giving me some trouble - down on the chest, and the 
doctor takes heavy chest colds very seriously in diabetics. However, I'm 
hoping that hot whisky toddy will improve matters before I go away again 
on Wednesday.

Why would Tel need a bath chair? He's more active than I am....
