[modeleng] Visit to Houston

Gents,

Well I managed to visit Houston Area Live Steamers and USS Texas. Thanks
to those list members that pointed me in the right direction (Unka Jesse
mainly, I think).

The Texas is interesting, not only from an engineering standpoint, but
from the logistics of both designing (you should see the cable runs) and
operating (something over a thousand loaves of bread baked every day!)

I just need to finish up here so I can return to the mother country!
