Unfortunately my habitual use of neat cutting oil rather than suds means
that a child-proof cap is frequently also a machinist-proof one.... I
find cottage cheese and yoghurt pots to be a bit flimsy.. these chewing
gum pots are really quite robust.....

Good idea! I myself use "child-proof" prescription
pill bottles--I produce enough empty ones, along with
containers for Cottage Cheese and Yogurt, and I still
can't lose any weight!!
