[modeleng] Re: Unusual Valve Gear

Thanks, Lee.  I think that you have solved the
mystery, although the photo Jesse posted appeared to
have the valve chest on the bottom of the cylinder. 
There was a lot of thought given to valves and valve
gears during that era.
