That sounds typical of the "experts".....
Many have thier heads so far up thier own A#%*S that they can see
daylight....... <LAUGH>
I have recently had dealings with an recruitment agency (one of those
"executive recruitment" mobs) who believed that if you didn't have a degree,
then you were only fit to sweep floors. When I terminated the contract with
them, because they were failing to send us anyone with practical knowedge,
they complained and said that they were sending us the only suitable
applicants. I told them of one person who applied through them, who I would
have given a job to instantly regardless of the fact that he didn't finish
his degree, but he was never passed through to us, from them, for our
review. Their comment was that, "they only send through "professionally
qualified people".
When I informed them that he had applied dirrectly, and was given the
position, they were at a loss as to why......
