Not sure what you're asking. If you are on "Broadband", you'll surely =
pay a
fixed amount each month for a certain speed of service on the ADSL link.
The only "dial in", you'll maybe want, is the "help-line" (sic). The
cheaper the monthly fee for your ADSL, the more likely it is that the =
"help
line" (sic) will charge a higher rate per minute for your calls.
I've not heard of an 0800 helpline since the early days of AOL and BT =
ADSL.

So Orange have just informed me that they are finishing the current dial =
up service and moving me to Broadband. And reducing the charges by =A33 =

month. What they didn't tell me, and it took some doing to get the=20
information out of them, is that they will charge between 3 and 6p a=20
minute to connect, while the current service at =A315 a month is a free =
0808=20
number.
Anyone got any advice on an ISP who will provide free access through an=20
0800 type number?
