[modeleng] Re: To BA or not to BA, that is the question.

I would think it is down to personal preference. While it is likely that
there were other thread choices available years ago for smaller threads, I
think BA was used as it was the common one for the period, just as Metric
tends to be the more common one these days.

Certainly as a set of BA taps & dies do cost a fair amount when new, I
would be very tempted to do a bit of maths and save myself the money!
